In 2015, we expanded to add another appliance showroom in Framingham right off of Route 9.
We opened our doors in July of 2015. Since then, our showrooms always change. So much so, I never felt comfortable posting a virtual showroom tour until now. However, I want to give you an idea of what to expect.

In this article, you will see some ideas for your project or renovation and why we rebuilt an already new store.

Miele closed their experience center in Wellesley, so we dedicated a sizable space in this store.

You know Miele for dishwashers, but Miele excels in-wall ovens, steam ovens, and cooktops. We wanted to show it live, so you can cook with Miele appliances before you buy one.
New Sub-Zero And Wolf

We show all the Sub-Zero refrigerator installation types: Integrated, professional, and even professional to look integrated.

New Wall Oven and Cooktop Installations

You should consider integrating a wall oven because it looks better. Building a cooktop into the countertop eliminates the seam for easier cleaning.
We show different installation applications of different wall ovens and cooktops.
New Outdoor BBQ Grills

We still have an outside pagoda for built-in Lynx (including the talking grill) and Kalamazoo grills including side burners, refrigeration, waste chutes, and refrigeration.

However, you can see different grill types inside the store like charcoal, pellet, gas, and professional grills from Weber, Traeger, Hestan, Lynx, DCS, and Kalamazoo.
Not every grill is for everyone. Different brands are better for speed, temperature consistency, flavor infusion, and texture.
Before you buy one, know the differences.
New La Cornue Display

La Cornue could be the best cooking product on the market. You can customize the top for induction, French top, gas, grill, and griddle. As we have said before in this blog, La Cornue executes color better than any other brand.

BlueStar Platinum is the most powerful range you can buy with 25,000 BTU burners. They also are one of the only gas ranges with pure convection.

New Appliance Finishes

Ge Café has a promising white finish. Samsung has two - Tuscan Bronze and Matte Black. We wanted to show all the color alternatives before you buy stainless steel.

New Under Counter Beverage and Wine Units
I once read a review describing our wine cooler/beverage selection as expensive. Now you can buy a beverage center starting at $1099 instead of $2499.
New Kitchen Sinks and Faucets

We doubled our sink and faucet display. Once again, you will see plenty of different options for farm sinks, concrete sinks, bar sinks, and under mounts. Faucets run from traditional to contemporary.
You may still buy that chrome pull out faucet, but you might consider an oil-rubbed bronze or unfinished brass to be unique.
New Brands: Ge Café, GE Profile, and Samsung

I am an advocate of fewer, better brands. If one brand is demonstratively better and more reliable, then why carry the other brand?
We can show tons of products from better brands rather than fewer models with more brands.
Our brand portfolio always changes, especially for reliability. We service what we sell, and cannot afford to represent unreliable products or brands.
What We Removed
To show you the best possible appliance display, we are no longer selling lighting in Framingham. It bothers me because “Lighting” is in our name.
However, I would rather show you an excellent display of one product category than two very good displays of different categories.
Is Yale Appliance a Good Store?

Many people have the wrong idea of us thinking we are too high end.
We are an appliance store, not an appliance department tossed in the corner of another store.
We have plenty of washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves competitive to a box store. In fact, you can walk to Lowes directly behind us or Best Buy a block further.
However, the extra space allows us to show you some interesting ideas and products to incorporate in your home.
