Yale Appliance Expands to Hanover

Yale Hanover is now open. 

This article will show most of the interior. Even if you are not from Massachusetts, this article will show you brand new appliances and ideas to consider for your kitchen project. 

Renovation Progress

Hanover will be the largest at 22,000 square feet. This whole building was renovated down to its metal frame.

Each Yale is different due to the building and layout. We wanted to style it in that South Shore / Cape Cod beach aesthetic.

There are two floors. The first floor will be plumbing, BBQs, barbecue living, and eight kitchens.

For our outdoor kitchens and grills, you will see Lynx, Hestan, Kalamazoo, Weber, and DCS in freestanding and built-in displays. We can deliver a barbecue or plan your outside living kitchen space.

In plumbing, you can see every size, shape, and color for kitchen sinks and faucets, including a new series from Galley.

You will see brand new appliances from True, La Cornue, Miele, Fisher & Paykel, SKS, and GE Profile. They are brand new prototypes and will not be seen anywhere else for 6 months to a year.

You may know Fisher & Paykel by their double drawer dishwasher. Since their acquisition by Haier, they have been producing new, interesting appliances.

In this kitchen, you will see their new column style refrigerators (there will be columns by 9 different manufacturers).

Miele

very steam, speed, and convection oven will be displayed along with their column style refrigerators. We are also showing their new graphite finish as well. The dishwasher in this display is their Professional (Pro).

You will see all their new ovens released earlier this year. That range is 60 inches and has steam. We will have chefs demoing steam a lot in this store. Check our events page for more information.

Sub-Zero and Wolf

The range in this display is a 60-inch dual fuel. You will see their classic and contemporary series in this display with ovens, microwaves, and steam ovens.

GE Café

Ge Café is the best selling products available in 9 different styles. We display it in white and copper.

GE Profile

GE Profile is all new in a metallic finish. Their new refrigerator is handle-less, and the new touchpad on the range is pretty robust.

Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS)

SKS is new in the high end. You probably know their parent company, LG. Like Fisher & Paykel, they have introduced columns.

Samsung

Our goal is to show you different styles. We will be selling the best brands, but you can now place them in marine-grade kitchens so it's simple to install.

Second Floor At Yale Appliance In Hanover

If the first floor is about style and possibilities, then the second floor is about comparison shopping like an appliance store only bigger (this is an appliance store, not an appliance department).

You will have tons of refrigerators, laundry, wall ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, ranges, and hoods of all types and price ranges.

We also put education stations in different areas so you can visually see the differences between products and how it will affect your kitchen.

True Columns

True is a commercial refrigeration company based in St Louis. You are looking at all stainless, professional-grade appliances.

These columns are white with copper accents. You can customize these columns if you don't want panels or a stainless look.

La Cornue

These French made ranges are completely customizable on the top with induction, wok, burners, grill and griddle. The color is customizable as well.

Editor's Note: La Cornue, BlueStar and True allow for customization. Fisher & Paykel and GE Café offer different options as well.

Why the South Shore?

In a word: traffic. The traffic in Boston is just horrendous from every direction North, South, and West. I live in Boston and reverse commute - it's still awful.

Many of our staff are from the area so we will open with an experienced crew. Their commute times will be cut by 2 hours a day.

Hanover is a town outside the rush hour commute, so it’s easily accessible North and South. It's also a short drive from Plymouth and the Cape.

Yale Hanover

We wanted this to be a Yale Store with demos, learning centers, and live kitchen displays so you can understand your whole project better. There are also be tons of products to compare side-by-side.

At roughly 21,000 square feet, Hanover is our largest with over 600 products to look at and it will also be our most technologically-forward store.

It will be worth the wait.
