Makeover Monday again. Today is the day we look at actual kitchens and show examples of good ideas to incorporate into your project.

Let's revisit this kitchen from last week and look at the appliances this time...

Thermador Microwave Drawer

Every microwave drawer is manufactured by Sharp. Yet Thermador is the only drawer to fit flush in the cabinet. The other manufacturers, including Sharp, all protrude.

Sub-Zero Wine Storage

Sub-Zero is the best wine storage in the industry, providing two separate temperature zones for red and white wine. The unit is built  for the intricacies of storing wine woth gliding shelves and rubber grommits to prevent vibration as well. It also has a low-e door to prevent UV light from entering the cabinet.

Thermador Pro Dual Fuel Range

It's a great range with high BTUs of 18,000 per burner and a great simmer as low as 100 BTUs.

Miele LED Hood

The hood changes color on the edge. Pretty cool. I wonder if the hood will work properly over a pro range.

Sub-Zero BI-36

Still the most popular selling pro refrigerator.

YaleSink/ Franke Faucet, Insta-Hot and Air Switch

Oddly enough I like the deep square sink and contemporary faucet as much as any of the appliances.  Look at the button on the right, it is air switch to activate the disposer.  Very smart.  I am also a fan of instant hots for oatmeal and tea
