Viking French Door Wall Oven vs. Jenn-Air Wi-Fi Wall Oven

Up until a few years ago, most wall ovens were the same. You could purchase them as a single or a double unit, with or without convection or with electronic or knob controls. But these few features were really where the variety ended.

Some of the higher end brands then introduced a number of additional cooking modes such as dehydrate, proof, a special setting for pizza and fast pre-heat which added another level of convenience to the culinary experience. Wolf introduced twin convection in 2001, but others soon copied. Picking a wall oven was a pretty dull exercise.
