This year our Yale Warehouse Clearance Sale is Saturday, October 6th from 8 AM to 11 AM in our warehouse in Stoughton.

If you have never been to one of these, the Warehouse Clearance Sale is a 2-hour mad grab. Yet, it's totally worth it.

You can save a ton of money at this sale at least 20% and up to 60% with a full manufacturer’s warranty.

Our best advice for you is to arrive early.

The Yale Warehouse Clearance Sale is not just about new appliances. It’s our clearing of floor displays, discontinued products or vendors, slow-moving products as well as scratch and dent appliances.

What is the Yale Warehouse Clearance Sale?

Every day, we will have between 70-100 deliveries with an average of 2.5 appliances per stop. We do free site checks for tight spots, send a video detailing actual deliveries, and maintain the most capable delivery crew in the business.

However, a piece or three per day will not be able to be delivered or won't fit. Multiply that by 300 delivery days, add a year’s’ worth of gently dented products, discontinued vendors, slow-moving products, bad buying decisions, returns, and other assorted issues, and you have a recipe for two pretty decent sales.

We also do not charge restocking charges for returned yet sale-able pieces. Almost every other store will charge 25% or more if they allow returns at all.

Instead, we sell them consistently in our outlet and twice a year and move them to a tent. Like May’s event, that tent will be in Stoughton.

What Brands are Included in This Sale?

Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Frigidaire, Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, BlueStar, Bosch, and Fisher & Paykel among others.

What Appliance Types are Included in the Sale?

You will be able to find any appliance from a pro range, built-in refrigerator to laundry, cooking, and dishwashers. If we sell it new, that appliance and brand will probably be in the Warehouse Clearance Sale.

A Couple of FAQs:

Warranty: All items are fully warranted (we perform the service free for the first year).

Extended Warranties: We offer our own extended warranties with 5 years of total coverage. The warranty prices are the same for the clearance products. We will even give you a 50% store credit if unused after 5 years.

Delivery: Normal delivery (delivery, removal of packaging and an old unit on a one-for-one basis) charge of $79 applies. You must take delivery within 10 business days.

Discounts: 20%-60% is the average discount.

Holds/Layaway: Not for this sale. First come, first served.

Is Lighting Included?: There will be no lighting this year.

When is the best time to arrive for this sale?: Early. Very early. Most of this will be gone by 10 AM if not sooner. This is really a two-hour sale, tops. I do not like wasting your time.

There are some pretty compelling products. I would generate a list of needs, come early and move quickly. Your savings will be considerable.

However, we don’t love every product. Quite frankly, it costs us way too much money in repair costs to support less reliable brands.

We feel it is our responsibility to repair your appliances after you buy them.

We now have 30 service technicians, each averaging 8-10 calls a day Monday through Friday, plus another 110 on Saturday. That's over 30,000 service calls logged in one year.

The labor rates of fixing an appliance do not come close to the true cost in any product’s warranty period.

That is why no major retailer has a service department. It costs too much labor, money and time.

Our Blog is a bit different than most others you will read. We cannot write glowing reviews of unreliable products.

Hopefully, the bloggers and organizations who write such glowing product reviews for every brand consider servicing these products first. Only then they will understand the consequences of their marketing.
