When I started 25 years ago, the largest refrigerator was 24 cubic feet. That was the standard. Today 24 cubic feet seems small. Appliances, however, still conform to cabinet sizes, and presently the largest non-custom cabinet size is still 36 inches with the others being smaller at 30 and 33 inches.

So if the width is the same, the height and depth must be much bigger.  Have a look at the biggest refrigerators:

LG LFX31925ST: 31 cubic feet, a world record. The LG is both tall at 70 inches and incredibly deep at 36.25. It will actually stick out over a foot beyond a cabinet, but then again it is a huge refrigerator.

Electrolux EI28BS56IS: 28 cubic foot, which again is manifested in 70 inch height and depth just under 35 inches. Counter depth has become a staple in design, because the sides do not protrude into the room. With the depth and width fixed to match the cabinets, these refrigerators have become much taller.

KitchenAid KSCS25FVMS: Shallow depth in the beginning was 20 cubic feet, but the KitchenAid is 25% larger at 25 cubic feet. The height is 71.25" to the hinge.

So if you want a really big refrigerator, you should be able to find it in a multitude of brands. One word (or many words) of caution: Measure. These refrigerators will be taller and deeper than you presently own and perhaps even deeper than can physically be delivered into your home.
