Refrigerator
Sub-Zero Pro48 - The Sub-Zero Pro 48 is a 48 inch, all-steel behemoth. It has individual refrigerator and freezer drawers as well as a glass door option and commercial appearance.
Honorable Mention - Thermador T36IT71NNP - The Thermador is the total opposite of the Sub-Zero. It is an integrated, french door refrigerator and disappears behind cabinets.

Professional Ranges
Kind of torn about this, there are so many decent products. Following are my three favs
Thermador - The new Thermador is the most powerful with a max burner of 22,000 BTU, has a great simmer plus offers a side steam oven and a warming drawer.
Wolf DF486 - Wolf probably has the the best oven, with 2 convection fans. The side oven is convection and self-cleaning.
Viking VISC5304BSS - Surprised? Don't be. Induction is faster than any professional oven and simmers better as well. I chose the Viking, but there are more cost effective alternatives.

Dishwasher
Miele - No question about the best dishwasher. Miele has the separate cutlery tray, the only true drying cycle and most importantly, incredible product quality. Miele manufactures all the components (except the rollers) in its German plant.

Washer/Dryer
Electrolux - Electrolux has the largest capacity, a 16 minute wash/dry cycle and a vibration guarantee for second floor installation.
Honorable Mention - Miele - Miele built larger laundry for the US market. They have honeycombed, stainless drums, so Miele can really wash silks and fine washables well also.
