Bertazzoni vs Jenn-Air Professional Ranges

September 14th, 2011 | 1 min. read

About 10 years ago, Bertazzoni developed the niche of stylish, value-driven professional looking gas stoves. In other words, they look like a pro range only without the BTU output or heat of the pro.

10 years later, professional range manufacturers are trying to reclaim that lost business in an unusual way, let's Look:

X304GGVXBertazzoni X304GGVX $2799: The Bertazzoni is a beautiful product. It is not, however, self-cleaning and its top burners are 15,000 and 11,000 respectively.

JGRP430WPJenn-Air JGRP430WP $3799: The new Jenn-Air is a powerful range with a 20,000 BTU and 2 15,000 BTU burners. Jenn-Air also has a LCD touch screen and self-cleaning.

It also has one other accessory: A free dishwasher JDB3200AWS

Jenn-Air is not the only company offering rebates and free product. Thermador pioneered it with the purchase of two products (1,2 FREE). Wolf and Viking both are offering cash rebates.

So if you are renovating your home and are considering a high-end range, look again at a professional range. The price difference is minimal for a better range.
