The Yale Tent Sale 2011

This post could be titled "What happens when products cannot be delivered". About 4 years ago, I eliminated almost all restocking charges for undeliverable items. Boston is the toughest place in the country to deliver outside of Manhattan, so invariably products will be returned.

Rather than charging exorbitant restocking charges (ask dealers what they charge for restocking, you will be shocked), we place it in our outlet. Unfortunately, our outlet was closed for remodeling, so now we need a tent.

Here is how it works: Products like returns, floor displays, etc. will be marked down at least 20-35% on Saturday, June 18th for 1 day only. Lighting will be handled separately with red tags in the store. We ran Tent Sales before we established the Outlet. Arrive early with a list and move very, very fast.
